Yup. Actually it sounds like a pretty sad song. This song is actually combined with very technical musicianship so added up, it's fairly catchy to listen to.

I think he's just talking about the world today where terrible things happen. And how the 21st century man has to live in it. =) It's distirbing, don't u think so?
